[ARCHIVED] Social-distanced meetings at City Hall open to the public beginning in June

As COVID-19 cases in both Cass County and the State of Missouri as a whole continue to decrease, City of Harrisonville Boards and Commissions will reopen to public attendance. 

Social distancing will be required, and masks are encouraged.

This will begin with the Board of Aldermen meeting on Monday, June 7. 

The June 7, 2021, meeting will be the first time that a City meeting, held at City Hall, will be open to members of the public since March 16, 2020.

Board of Aldermen Meetings will continue to be livestreamed on the City's YouTube channel. The livestream can be found by clicking on the link in the previous sentence or by clicking on the “Watch City Meetings” link in the “Government” section of 

The meeting schedule will continue to be posted on the City’s website calendar, including any cancellations.

Anyone with questions about a City public meeting, is asked to call City Clerk Daniel Barnett (816) 380-8916.

Individuals who wish to address the Board of Aldermen will still be required to complete and submit an Agenda Request Form, which must be completed and submitted to the office of the City Clerk no later than five business days prior to the target meeting date.
