Due Dates
Bills are due on the first of the month and must be paid by 5 p.m. on the 15th of the month to avoid penalties. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or recognized city holiday, payment must be received in our office before 8 a.m. the next business day to avoid any penalties.

Utility bills can be mailed in, paid at the Utility Office in City Hall during regular business hours, or left in the drop box located on the front of City Hall. For your convenience, payments using a credit card can also be made over the phone by the utility account holder of record. The City of Harrisonville accepts Mastercard and Visa. Please call 816-380-8900 during regular business hours.
