For children 15 and older and adults under the age of 65 a state fishing license is required.

Are shelters open for public use?
All park shelters are available for a small daily use fee. For further information or to reserve a shelter, call (816) 380-8980.

May we feed the geese in the park?
No. It is unadvisable to interact with or feed any wild animal. It is ultimately harmful to the geese.
