The city pays up to $880.35 per month for major medical, dental, and vision insurance for an employee; up to $1722.62 for second tier major medical, dental, and vision coverage, which is for an employee plus his or her choice of either spouse or children; or up to $1924.47 per month for major medical, dental, and vision insurance for an employee and his or her dependents (spouse and children).
